Shipping policy
We truly appreciate your support. To ensure your order is prepared with care, please allow 3–5 business days (excluding holidays) for processing before it is delivered to the post office. During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volume.
Shipping times depend on the destination of your order.
Our default shipping method is a tracked USPS mail service. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please double-check that your address is correct, as any inaccuracies may cause delays.
Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, delivery progress and handling are managed by USPS. Tracking may update slowly, and occasional delays can occur. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for issues that arise during transit or for damage caused by USPS.
If an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply. International customers are responsible for any customs charges or fees.
